Swimming Pool Extension near Saffron Walden

We obtained planning permission for a new Swimming Pool Extension in a Grade II Listed dwelling near Saffron Walden. We have monitored the building process and helped the client in achieving the desired scheme supplying detailed drawings and liaising with contractors and specialists.

The design was conceived to allow the new building to sit adjacent to the existing basement and in front of an original Victorian Glass House without competing or interfering with the Listed asset. This was achieved by excavating a rectangular area of garden placing the new flat roof level with the existing front terrace. the resulting structure runs seamlessly forming a raised side patio area with grass and planting.
