A former detached garage in a mock-Tudor 1980’s house has been converted into a contemporary spa linked to the existing dwelling with a mezzanine in the roof space. The new ground floor area has been opened to the garden allowing the light and air into the new spa which benefits from the views to the new planting providing the necessary privacy from the surrounding neighbours.
