Located close to Newport’s train station, we obtained Planning approval for this Grade II Listed Barn to include a Loft Conversion to achieve a new Master Suite. Additionally, the scheme will add a new Porch Extension, convert one of the existing garage bays and reconfigure the ground floor obtaining a new open plan kitchen-dining-living (including a new by-fold doors with access to the rear garden), a separated area within the sitting room and a new contemporary staircase.
