Extension to Clinic in Letchworth Garden City

The early 20th Century building was restored and converted into a Clinic. The new side extension will include a Juice Bar and Coffee Shop to complement the treatments offered in the Clinic for its patients and other customers in the surrounding industrial area.
Period features were interpreted in a contemporary style all in keeping with the original building.
Plans for a further additional floor above this extension are under consideration which will add a multiple use room on the first floor.
