We have recently obtained Planning Consent for a new Two Storey Side Extension, Loft Conversion, New Double Garage and Internal Alterations to an early 19th Century dwelling in Bishop’s Stortford’s Conservation Area.

The new extensions and alterations will add two more bedrooms, a study, a utility room and improve the the space qualities of the Sitting Room, Kitchen and Master Bedroom (to a full Suite). The consent also covers the replacement of all windows and doors and external insulation upgrade to the existing structure.
