Planning Permission to a Listed Building

We are delighted to have obtained Planning Consent for the insertion of a full height large glazed screen allowing a connection between a new open-plan family room and a recently renovated contemporary garden. The consent also involves the conversion of the loft space to achieve a new Master Suite, changing of the main staircase, design of a bespoke partition furniture piece in the Living Room and the addition of a new Entrance Porch. This converted barn is Grade II Listed and is in Newport’s Conservation Area (Essex).
