Who we are

2P Studio is a vibrant architectural design practice based in Newport, near Saffron Walden. Husband-and-wife team Emlyn and Yalileth Pritchett founded the studio and bring over 28 years of experience across the residential and commercial architecture sectors.

Both directors graduated in Architecture in 1998 and lead a collaborative, workshop-led practice that uses good design to strengthen the visual and spatial qualities of each project. Through this approach, the studio enhances both the built environment and its clients’ quality of life.

Our philosophy

We view architecture as both a personal expression and a social force for positive change. We respect history and context while embracing a forward-thinking approach that responds to contemporary life. By combining advanced technology with creative thinking, we deliver clear, effective solutions to complex architectural challenges.
